Last night at the kids’ class we said “see ya later to Sensei Helen” as she heads off on a couple of months of well-earned R&R.  Sensei Helen has been the lead instructor of our kids’ programme for nearly 14 years and through her leadership and dedication she has taken the children’s programme from strength to strength.

And while Sensei Helen is always the first to acknowledge that this is a team effort and that she has always been superbly supported by the other instructors involved with the kids’ classes I would like to thank Sensei Helen on behalf of the dojo for stepping up and doing such a great job and being instrumental in developing a programme that has benefitted so many people and will continue to benefit our young students for years to come.

Osu Sensei travel safe and we look forward to seeing back in the dojo soon.
