We offer classes for children and adults, from beginner through to advanced.

Dojo Class Timetable 2026
Adult classes commence Monday 19 January and run through to Friday 10 December.
Kids classes take place during school term time, with no classes during the school holidays.
The Dojo is closed on public holidays.
Make sure you attend your syllabus class. As the saying goes… use it or lose it!
All our instructors teach on a voluntary basis so their motivation is based on the enthusiasm of their students to improve their karate. If you cannot regularly attend your syllabus class and you want to grade, you will need to talk with your syllabus instructor.
For visiting Black Belts
On the first Wednesday of the month – we alternate training at Three Kings dojo (6pm start) and Bayswater dojo (7pm start). This is a combined black belt class (all dan grades train) in alternate locations as follows:
- Feb, Apr, Jun, Aug, Oct, Dec – Bayswater dojo
- Mar, May, Jul, Sep, Nov – Three Kings dojo.
On the last Wednesday of the month – we have a combined sparring class in the 7 pm Sandan+ timeslot so bring your sparring gear. Every punch with love. Osu!
Timetable News & Changes for Term 1 (19 Jan to 2 Apr 2026)
- Senpai Kristal will be running Monday 6 pm General class
- Senpai Andrew & Senpai Adriana will be taking Tamariki Tigers on Wednesdays.
- The Thursday lunchtime class will be an open dojo on days when Senpai Kirk is not teaching.
- Meditation Class is now 6.30am to 7.30am on Fridays with Sp Gareth
- Brand new 45 min stretch class with Ewan – 10:00 am Sunday mornings. Wear comfy stretchy clothes and get comfy stretching!
